A leading community support organization is looking for female Support Workers in North Ryde to assist individuals living with disabilities. This permanent part-time position requires a Cert III in relevant fields and offers professional development, flexible work arrangements, and a friendly team. Applicants must have a valid NSW driver's license and a commitment to support and empower clients within the community.

This is a Permanent Part-Time Position for Support Workers based in North Ryde. We are recruiting across our local Supported Independent Living Programs. This role involves supporting people living with disability to live and recover within the community in the way that they want to. We strongly encourage individuals with lived experience of disability, or caring for people with a disability to apply. We empower our customers by supporting them to build independence, identify and achieve goals, engage in activities of daily life, and encourage genuine connections within the community, with a focus on wellness and re-ablement.
