• NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card) required.
• WWCC (Blue Card) needed.
• First Aid and CPR Certificate mandatory.
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.

As a nationwide NDIS provider we deliver person‑centred services including Supported Independent Living (SIL) and tailored disability support. Our approach is grounded in mindfulness self‑care and community wellness.

We’re currently seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our Mackay team to support a participant with complex care needs under the National Injury Insurance Scheme Queensland (NIISQ). This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working consistent daily shifts.

Responsibilities

• Bowel and catheter care
• Hoisting and manual handling
• Wound care
• Daily living routines and personal hygiene
• Emotional wellbeing and independence
• Maintaining a safe supportive home environment

Roster & Hours

• Morning shift: 11:00 am – 1:30 pm (daily)
• Evening shift: 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm (daily)
• Up to 37 hours per week available

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 2 years experience in disability or complex care
