Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Stanwell. You will provide person‑centred daily support, helping five residents engage in activities and daytime experiences while prioritising safety and wellbeing. Shift patterns are 0700-1430 or 1430-2200 with sleep-ins and alternate weekends.

The role requires compassion, a proactive approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with families and professionals to support residents’ needs and preferences.

Job description

Full UK/EU Driving Licence is essential for this role.

Who you'll be supporting:

You’ll be joining a friendly home supporting five people. They are outgoing, fun, and enjoy a range of interests—from theatre trips and wrestling on TV to karaoke nights, shopping outings, and meals at their favourite places.

You’ll be supporting, safety and wellbeing so they can enjoy those daytime experiences.
