Job summary

Simply Helping in Perth is seeking experienced Support Workers for 1:1 support with a focus on manual handling and hoisting. Roles available across Mount Hawthorn, North Perth, Balcatta, Caversham, Dayton, Ellenbrook, Henley Brook and surrounds.

The position offers permanent part-time shifts with early morning and late evening availability, emphasizing safety, respect and staff wellbeing. A genuine passion for person-centred care is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with 1:1 manual handling and hoisting.
• Cert III/IV in Disability, Individual Support or Aged Care.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain).
• Current First Aid & CPR.
• Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain).
• Driver's licence & reliable vehicle.
• Genuine passion for person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support with a strong focus on manual handling and 1:1 hoisting.
• Match staff to clients to ensure the right fit and continuity.
• Assist across Mount Hawthorn, North Perth, Balcatta, Caversham, Dayton, Ellenbrook, Henley Brook and surrounds.
• Support early morning and late evening shifts as required.

About the Role

We are looking for permanent part-time support workers based in Mount Hawthorn, North Perth, Balcatta, Caversham, Dayton, Ellenbrook, Henley Brook and surrounds.

We match our staff to our clients carefully to ensure the right fit and continuity. In this role you will provide person-centred support, with a strong focus on manual handling and 1:1 hoisting — which is a core requirement of the role. Early morning and late evening shifts available.

Minimum Requirements
