Job summary

The Bridge Inc. is seeking Casual Support Workers to join a diverse team delivering Day Services, Getaways, and in-home supports across our community. You will build relationships, support individuals to reach their goals, and contribute to meaningful daily experiences.

Role includes providing personalised assistance in homes and communities, with opportunities to work across multiple programs. A minimum Certificate IV is required, and comprehensive induction and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Certificate IV.
• Experience in community or in-home support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised support in people's homes and local communities.
• Help people develop everyday living skills and participate in community activities.
• Support individuals in alignment with their goals across the services (Day Services, Getaways, SIL & SDA Homes).

Your Supports

Provide personalised support in people's homes and local communities. Whether it's building everyday living skills, accessing the community, pursuing hobbies or working towards personal goals, you'll support people in ways that are meaningful to them.

SIL & SDA Homes

Work alongside people in their home environment to build independence, confidence and choice in everyday life. From daily routines and household tasks to developing new skills and achieving personal goals, you'll help create a supportive home where people can thrive.

This role requires a minimum of a Certificate IV. Whether you prefer structured weekday programs, one‑on‑one community support, overnight getaways or supporting people in their homes, there is something for everyone at The Bridge Inc.
