  • $83938. p.a. pro rata super on offer.

As a Support Officer you will provide a broad range of administrative support services aligned with corporate standards and processes helping meet the financial and operational needs of the region.

This role is hired as part of the Return to Work Program with priority given to those who have had a career break of one year or more.

What the role will involve
  • Deliver a broad range of administrative support services across business operations, customer service, procurement, fleet, facilities and IT.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and customers, managing front counter enquiries.
  • Conduct office inductions for visitors and contractors, including access management.
  • Support inventory management in the regional store.
  • Manage procurement activities, including sourcing goods and services, maintaining standing purchase orders and supporting vendor claims in compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Oversee vehicle fleet requirements, including servicing, inspections, bookings and reporting.
  • Manage office facilities, including service contracts, maintenance, key audits and electrical safety compliance.
Your skills and experience

  • Experience in providing administrative support within a multi‑disciplinary business environment.

  • Strong communication skills with well‑developed interpersonal and influencing abilities.
  • Valid Western Australian C Class drivers licence.
