Job summary

BUSY Ability in North Lakes is seeking an Employment Support Consultant to guide clients through personalised job pathways, help overcome barriers, and deliver capacity-building workshops that boost confidence and capability.

You’ll work 1:1 with clients, coaching them toward employment outcomes, while upholding the organisation’s commitment to inclusion, social impact, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • Experience in case management, career coaching, or employment services.
  • Empathetic, organised, and clear communicator.
  • Valid Working with Children Check/Blue card with National Crimcheck (no disclosable outcomes).
  • Must have open Driver's Licence.

Love building people up? As an Employment Support Consultant, you’ll guide clients through personalised job pathways, help overcome barriers, and deliver workshops that boost confidence and capability. Your mission? Help them prepare, believe—and get hired.

This position is full-time, fixed-term role until June 2030 with possibility of extension, based in our Noth Lakesoffice. Working hours 8:30am-5pm in office, Monday to Friday.
