Job summary

Bega Group is seeking a collaborative Supply Planner for our Chelsea site in Melbourne’s south-east. You will work with Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to create effective production plans, balance inventory, and ensure our customers are served.

The Chelsea Heights site manufactures over 44 milk, milk-based beverages, and cream products, producing around 100 million litres per year. You’ll develop production schedules, partner with stakeholders, monitor stock levels, and support

Qualifications

• Experience in supply planning, production scheduling, or a similar supply chain role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and operational processes.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while building positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage short and mid-term production schedules
• Partner with key stakeholders to align supply plans and operational requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and support product availability across sites and distribution centres
• Analyse performance, identify issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support supply reviews, product launches, and planning activities
