Smiggle is seeking an enthusiastic Supply Coordinator to join the Sourcing team in Melbourne. You will coordinate all aspects of production from data entry and purchase order administration to initial concept development of products.

You will liaise with offshore suppliers, ensure on-time deliveries to DC and stores, and support the Product team with sample collection and freight, while maintaining weekly delivery schedules in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply coordination or similar administration role.
• Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Adaptable to a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide a key link between production and supply chain.
• Create and maintain product lines and purchase orders for Retail/Wholesale.
• Liaise daily with offshore suppliers and factories to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Ensure correct stock is delivered to the DC and stores on time.
• Resolve delivery schedule and shipping issues as needed.
• Support sample collection and freight for the Product team.
• Maintain weekly delivery schedules.

About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and passionate Supply Coordinator to join the Sourcing team. Reporting into the Supply Team Leader, this role will coordinate all aspects of production from data entry and administration of purchase orders to initial concept and development of product.

Responsibilities

• Providing a key link between the production department and supply chain
• Creating and maintaining product lines and purchase orders for Retail and Wholesale
• Liaising daily with offshore suppliers and factories to ensure deliveries are on time
• Ensure correct stock is delivered to the DC and store on time
• Resolve any issues relating to delivery schedules and shipping issues
• Supporting the Product team sample collection and freight
• Maintaining weekly delivery schedule

Skills & Experience

• Experience working in a Supply Coordinator or similar administration role within a buying/product team is preferred
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and our suppliers
• Great attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Ability to build great relationships with the external suppliers and senior stakeholders
• Adapt and excel in a fast-moving environment
• Strong time management and problem solving skills are essential
