A leading energy supplier in New South Wales is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Officer to support ethical procurement processes and maintain supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement and inventory management, possess strong analytical skills, and be committed to compliance and sustainability initiatives. This full-time role offers opportunities for growth within a supportive environment focused on delivering quality services while contributing to a cleaner energy future.
There’s never been a better time to be in energy. And there’s never been a more exciting time to be at Endeavour Energy.
More than 2.7 million people across New South Wales rely on us every day for the supply of safe and reliable power to their homes and businesses. We employ more than 1,700 people across our catchment, making us one of the largest employers in Sydney’s Greater West.
To work with us in this role, you don’t need to have any energy experience. We need talented people who are ready for challenge and growth and value a sense of care and belonging. Why? Because our vision is to lead the way with smarter energy solutions. Play your part in helping us to put the customer first and transition to a cleaner, more sustainable energy future for us all.
Be part of a culture that genuinely values both care and performance, where people look out for one another and put the customer at the centre of everything they do. You’ll have access to opportunities to step up, lead and grow in a rapidly changing sector, while feeling recognised and rewarded for the contribution you make. You can take pride in working for an organisation that delivers an essential service and is actively supporting the energy transition, with ongoing access to training, personal development and clear career progression pathways.
This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join Endeavour Energy’s Procurement & Supply Chain branch in a role that supports ethical, compliant and sustainable procurement outcomes. As a Supply Chain Officer, you will provide high‑level customer service across purchasing, supplier onboarding and disposal activities, ensuring stakeholders receive timely, accurate information and a positive experience.
You will play a key role in maintaining strong supplier partnerships, supporting robust onboarding and due diligence processes, and ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory obligations, including the Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) Act and the Modern Slavery Act. The role also contributes to sustainable and socially responsible procurement initiatives, including commitments under the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), while supporting transformation activities that improve efficiency, transparency and long‑term value for the business.
You’re a proactive and detail‑oriented professional who enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders and takes pride in delivering accurate, compliant and customer‑focused outcomes. You’re comfortable navigating policies, legislation and systems, and you bring a strong sense of integrity, accountability and collaboration to your work. With an interest in ethical and sustainable procurement, you’re motivated to contribute to initiatives that support social responsibility, compliance and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
You bring experience in procurement, supply chain or a related role, with exposure to supplier management, inventory processes and compliance activities. You’re analytical and organised, able to manage competing priorities while maintaining data integrity and attention to detail. You communicate clearly and professionally, build strong working relationships, and are comfortable working with ERP systems and supplier management platforms. Experience with regulatory frameworks such as SOCI or Modern Slavery, hazardous disposal processes, ethical sourcing or social procurement initiatives will be highly regarded.
