Zusammenfassung

ACCIONA is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead civil crews on NSW regional projects, guiding daily work to program while upholding safety and quality standards. You will plan, sequence and coordinate plant, labour and materials, monitor environmental requirements, report progress to the project team, and mentor junior staff to develop site delivery skills.

You will advance from crew supervision to site delivery leadership through mentoring and development support in a dynamic on-site

About the Opportunity

You will join one of our regional NSW projects and play a hands-on part in getting that work built. You will lead civil crews and subcontractors on site and keep daily work moving to program. Plan and sequence works, coordinate plant and materials, and make sure your team works safely and to quality standards. You will work closely with the project team and, where needed, the client. If you want to move from running a crew to shaping site delivery, this role gives you that step, with mentoring and development support behind you.
