Job summary

Ritchies Supa IGA in Ballina Shire is seeking a Store Manager to lead supermarket operations and drive team performance. You will develop the management team, supervise customer service, manage stock levels and displays, and oversee rostering, wage and sales budgets, and gross profit targets.

You will ensure a safe, hygienic environment and KPI adherence, while coaching and training the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supermarket environment.
• Proven ability in managing inventory and merchandise.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Sound knowledge of supermarket best practice, including HACCP & WHS.
• Retail passion and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team.
• Assist customers and lead customer service excellence.
• Order and replenish shelves and displays, and manage stock levels.
• Roster planning and wage budgeting oversight.
• Monitor and manage sales budgets and gross profit targets.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment and KPI adherence.
