You will head an established team, drive project delivery, and oversee people, commercial and business management responsibilities from a branch leadership perspective.

Qualifications

• Senior structural engineer with leadership experience.
• Experience leading a team and delivering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the structural team on the Sunshine Coast.
• Oversee project delivery and performance for multiple projects.
• Manage P&L, profitability, and commercial aspects of the operation.
• Plan resources and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
• Maintain quality and technical standards across projects.
• Foster client relationships and drive business development.
• Mentor engineers and develop internal talent.
• Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and milestones.
