Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily store operations and report to the Store Manager. You will lead a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes customer service, staff onboarding, stock and deliveries management, health and safety, rostering, and sales-driven planning to enhance the customer experience.

• Previous experience in Retail or Hospitality
• Leadership experience is desirable but not required

About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the store is upholding our high standards which lead to us providing a great guest experience every time.

• Previous leadership experience is desired but not necessary
