Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Contract Specialist in Australia to support Defence contracts and commercial outcomes. You will work with Program Managers and Commercial Managers to manage contract lifecycle activities and governance.

The role emphasises collaboration, attention to detail, and delivering compliant contract solutions while building stakeholder relationships across levels. Australian citizenship and clearance readiness are required.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Business, Law or a related discipline.
  • Experience in contract administration or commercial support.
  • Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Description

Your role:

Be part of a team that helps deliver critical capability to the Australian Defence Force. As a Contract Specialist, you'll work closely with Program Managers, Commercial Managers and key stakeholders to support the successful delivery of Defence contracts and commercial outcomes.

In this role, you will:

Defence industry, ASDEFCON contracting or aviation environments will be highly regarded. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence security clearance is essential.
