Job summary

Fremantle Ports in Fremantle, WA, is seeking a Study Manager to lead multidisciplinary studies from concept through to business case development. You will coordinate technical, commercial, environmental and stakeholder inputs to support investment decisions and strategic outcomes.

You will oversee feasibility investigations, FEED and options analyses, develop investment logic maps, and produce executive reports for governance forums.

Qualifications

• Deep experience leading complex, multidisciplinary studies in infrastructure, ports, transport, utilities or industrial environments.
• Strong capability in scenario modelling, demand forecasting, options assessment and business case development.
• Ability to translate complexity into clear strategic insights for executives and governance forums.
• Experience in port, transport, logistics or large-scale infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full study lifecycle across technical, commercial, environmental, planning and stakeholder workstreams.
• Drive delivery of complex, multidisciplinary studies on time and within budget.
• Provide strategic project leadership and technical advice to support investment decisions.
• Identify emerging opportunities and redefine study requirements based on evolving evidence.
• Champion best-practice project, contract and study management approaches.
• Oversee procurement activities and consultant engagement.
• Produce high-quality executive reports and decision-support materials.
• Present findings to senior leadership and governance forums.
