Job summary

CY Partners are partnering with a leading bioanalytical specialist supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, seeking an experienced Study Director with expertise in immunoassays and ligand binding assays (LBAs). The role is based in Adelaide, South Australia, with visa sponsorship and relocation support available for eligible international candidates.

The Study Director will own bioanalytical studies from initiation to reporting, supervise assay development and data interpretation,

Qualifications

Strong experience in immunoassays and/or ligand binding assays.
Experience with platforms such as ELISA, MSD/ECL, Gyrolab or similar LBA technologies.
Previous experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
Knowledge of GLP/GCP or other regulated bioanalytical environments.
Strong scientific, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Providing scientific oversight of immunoassay and ligand binding assay studies.
Supporting assay development, validation, qualification and sample analysis.
Reviewing and interpreting bioanalytical data.
Preparing and reviewing study plans, protocols and reports.
Working closely with laboratory and project management teams to deliver studies to timelines and quality standards.
Acting as a key scientific contact for clients.
Supporting investigations and continuous improvement of bioanalytical methodologies.
