Job summary

You will collaborate with school staff, parents and external agencies to coordinate case management and referrals, and maintain confidential records in line with policy and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide counselling, psychoeducational assessments, advocacy and tailored support to students.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, school staff, parents and external agencies to coordinate case management and referrals.
• Assess learning, developmental, psychological and behavioural needs; develop individualised support plans and interventions.
• Assist educational and career planning, including SET planning and transitions to alternative or mainstream pathways.
• Maintain confidential records and respond to critical incidents; contribute to staff and parent capacity-building.
