Working as part of the Student Service SPOT team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting students!

As the first point of contact for current and prospective student enquiries, you’ll assist via phone, email, and online platforms. You will guide students through university systems and processes, helping them feel confident and supported throughout their journey.

We’re seeking a confident communicator with strong customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll deliver accurate, timely, and well-documented advice across areas including course information, admissions, enrolment, fees, scholarships, and general administration.

Position Requirements
  • Knowledge and proficient in the use of information systems, web browsers, email software, Microsoft software or similar, customer relationship systems and Quality Standards to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Knowledge of Call Centre techniques.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills and administrative experience with a demonstrated commitment to continual improvement, innovation and learning to achieve goals.
  • Excellent customer service skills and an understanding of the needs of a culturally diverse university community.
