Job summary

A global renewable energy firm is looking for a Structured Deals Manager to lead the design and execution of complex power purchase agreements for major renewable energy projects. This role focuses on innovative commercial solutions for corporate buyers and requires expertise in PPA structuring, negotiation of long-term agreements, and collaboration with various internal teams. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in renewable project development and strong financial modelling skills. This position is based in Melbourne with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years' experience in renewable energy project development or PPA structuring.
• Proven track record structuring and closing complex power purchase agreements.
• Strong financial modelling skills including deal economics and revenue analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured PPA design and execution for renewable energy projects.
• Negotiate PPA terms and close high-value agreements.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and development teams.
