Boeing Defence Australia invites graduates to join its 24-month Graduate Program in January 2027 as Graduate Structural Engineers. Based in Adelaide, Brisbane or Williamtown, you'll work on air vehicle structures across the lifecycle and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.

You will develop engineering documentation, investigate issues from testing, and progress through a structured program with mentorship and professional development in a defence industry leader.

Qualifications

• Tertiary engineering/related degree or anticipated graduation before Jan 2027.
• Australian Citizenship to meet Defence security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for air vehicle structures over the product lifecycle.
• Conduct technical investigations and resolve product defects.
• Disposition problem reports from ground and flight testing.
• Develop air vehicle modification kits with design and maintenance teams.
• Develop engineering documentation (instructions, manuals, procedures, risk assessments).
• Communicate and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.

The OpportunityWe are a seeking talented Graduate Structural Engineers to join the Boeing Defence Australia Graduate Program in in January 2027.
