Job summary

Rendel Ingerop Pty Ltd is seeking a Structural Engineer to join a highly qualified team across Australia. The role involves leading design and analysis using advanced software, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and delivering client-ready solutions on major infrastructure projects.

Applicants should have a Civil Engineering degree, hands-on experience with FE analysis, knowledge of Aust. Standards, and prior work on bridges, tunnels, and rail projects.

Qualifications

• A degree qualified Civil Engineer.
• Hands-on structural design and analysis experience.
• Knowledge of structural engineering principles including finite element analysis.
• Experience delivering structural analysis and design for major transport infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Australian Standards and international design standards.
• Experience using structural analysis software for steel, concrete and composite elements.
• Project management experience on major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Undertake and lead assignments in Australia and overseas.
• Perform structural design and analysis using design software across a broad range of structural types and standards.
• Deliver engineering solutions and reporting results to managers and clients.
• Assist in coordinating design with internal teams and external professionals and clients.
• Monitor staff time and budgets against assignment programme and take corrective actions.
• Uphold safety and company procedures in service delivery.
