Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in structural engineering design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals.
• Exposure to structural analysis software (SpaceGass preferred, others welcome).
• Team-focused, proactive and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of structural engineering solutions across infrastructure, industrial and government projects.
• Apply engineering fundamentals under the guidance of experienced senior engineers.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians across our national structural team, gaining exposure to a wide range of project types and expertise.
• Prepare calculations, models, drawings and technical documentation.
• Develop technical, communication and project delivery skills through mentoring and hands-on project involvement.
• Work within a flexible, supportive environment that encourages learning, growth and continuous improvement.
