Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in structural drafting, including leadership and strategic oversight.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, drafting or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop drafting personnel to build a high-performing team.
• Oversee drafting standards and ensure consistency across projects.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Drafting on multiple projects, providing technical guidance.
• Run bi-monthly 1-on-1s and fortnightly team meetings to align goals and development.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and automate routine tasks.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of drawings before issuing to clients.
