Lexus Australia is seeking a Strategy & Project Coordinator to join our team in Port Melbourne on a full-time permanent basis. You will help plan and govern cross-functional vehicle launches, partnerships and initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and drive brand growth across Australia.

The role requires coordinating multiple projects with dealerships and suppliers, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, and delivering executive reports that highlight progress, risks

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects in a corporate environment.
• Strong relationship-building and communication with dealerships, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience analysing data, market trends and customer insights for planning and decisions.
• Well-developed organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional vehicle launch planning and governance, aligning milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Support development and implementation of Lexus business, product and electrification strategies into clear plans.
• Lead and coordinate strategic projects and continuous improvements across Lexus and Toyota functions.
• Manage customer, market, brand and competitor research programs; translate findings into insights.
• Develop executive reports and progress updates for leadership, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Support strategic supplier and partner relationships and program delivery.
