Accenture Strategy in Melbourne/Sydney is seeking a Strategy Manager to lead client engagements, shape critical agendas, and drive transformation. You will manage client relationships, structure problems, and guide teams through complex projects.

The role demands 6+ years in strategy consulting, proven team leadership, and strong communication. Master’s degree preferred; you will work in a collaborative, global environment with opportunities to mentor others and advance your career.

• Track record of leading and managing high performing teams.
