A leading technology firm in Melbourne is seeking a Strategy Manager to own and lead strategic initiatives. This role involves collaborating with senior leaders to tackle critical challenges and guide the organization’s future direction. As a Strategy Manager at SEEK, you’ll work on some of our most critical challenges—ranging from marketplace evolution to commercial performance. Whether embedded in Product or Commercial Strategy, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to define the "where next?" and guide how we get there.
You’ll join SEEK’s global Strategy team—a high‑performing group of ~40 ex‑consultants from premier firms, working across APAC. With exposure to some of SEEK’s most senior leaders, you’ll have a rare opportunity to shape the long‑term direction of one of the region’s most recognised tech brands.
