Job summary

Veolia, a global environmental leader, seeks an experienced bid/proposal specialist to support the National Tender Desk. You'll design and co-ordinate winning proposals that articulate Veolia’s differentiators and align with the sales cycle.

This role welcomes applicants in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, with onboarding in Brisbane. You will manage end-to-end tender processes, coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Legal and operational teams, write and edit proposals, and develop presentations,

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in bid/proposal or strategic sales.
• Proven ability to coordinate and write large-scale client proposals.
• Strong relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• High level of professional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex submissions with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative proposals blending technical and operational content.
• Identify and manage stakeholders through the tender process.
• Strategically write, proof and edit proposal documentation.
• Support sales lifecycle with presentations, reports and audits.
• Oversee end-to-end tender process and coordinate during and after submission.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Commercial, Legal and operations teams.
• Maintain the tender library and pipeline.
