Job summary

Australia Post is seeking a Talent Attraction Consultant to partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align recruitment with business needs, culture, and success profiles. You’ll guide on hiring strategies and contribute to long-term talent plans using various attraction methods and an end-to-end candidate experience through Avature and Vervoe.

You’ll leverage AI daily to streamline tasks, actively talent pool, and build sustainable practices across large-scale operations,

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience in agency, RPO or internal functions.
• Experience with large-scale recruitment operations.
• Ability to influence stakeholders on best practice, efficiency and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align recruitment with business needs, culture and success profiles.
• Provide guidance on hiring strategies and ways of working; shape long-term talent plans.
• Use diverse sourcing channels to find top talent.
• Provide an end-to-end digitally enabled recruitment experience using Avature and Vervoe.
