Job summary

Anthesis Group in Australia seeks a Principal Consultant to lead complex sustainability strategy and transformation engagements, build executive relationships, and grow Anthesis' advisory services across the region. Based in Australia, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape engagements from opportunity to delivery, and mentor consultants while expanding our Strategy & Transformation practice.

Qualifications

• Degree in sustainability, finance, governance, or related discipline.
• 8+ years in sustainability advisory, strategy, transformation.
• Experience leading complex sustainability projects and client engagements.
• Familiarity with global frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB, ESRS).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sustainability consulting engagements.
• Provide senior-level technical oversight and QA on deliverables.
• Build trusted client relationships and advise on reporting and governance.
• Draft and present reports, workshops, and strategic recommendations.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to internal capability-building.
