Job summary

Winc in Sydney is seeking a Supply Planner to manage planning, purchasing and replenishment of inventory to optimise product availability and service levels. You will handle supplier portfolios, ensure timely purchasing, and proactively address supply chain risks to support business needs.

We look for candidates with 2–5 years in Supply Chain or related fields, strong Excel and SAP ERP experience, and a customer-focused mindset with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in SAP ERP or similar planning systems and advanced Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders through their lifecycle, including creation and issue resolution.
• Monitor inventory performance to ensure optimal stock availability and replenishment.
• Review overdue orders and supply alerts to mitigate risks.
• Develop replenishment plans and support inventory optimisation.
• Coordinate stock transfers, RTVs, and DC receiving queries.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain supply continuity.
• Respond to stock availability inquiries and support supplier dispute resolution.
• Deliver reporting and process improvements to achieve supply chain objectives.
