Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a Finance Business Partner for Supply Chain & Logistics, based in Melbourne, to join Mars Snacking Australia. You will partner with Supply Chain teams to shape financial performance, deliver insightful analysis, and support the S&OP+ cycles with robust forecasts and clear commercial storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline.
• CPA/CA qualification or progress toward is advantageous.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit environments.
• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Shared Services, or Big 4 is advantageous.
• Knowledge of management accounting, cost control, and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Be a true business partner providing financial guidance to Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Deliver inputs, reporting, and analysis for operating plans and forecasts.
• Perform trend/variance analysis to identify opportunities and optimise costs.
• Collaborate with operational teams to track action plans and drive efficiency.
• Generate actionable insights using digital tools and financial systems.
• Contribute to local and regional supply chain finance initiatives and evaluations.
