Australia Post is seeking a Business Account Manager to manage a portfolio of small business customers, driving retention, revenue growth and outstanding customer experiences. The role is primarily phone-based with opportunities for virtual interactions and face-to-face engagements when required.

You'll partner with customers to understand goals, identify opportunities to expand solutions, and leverage Australia Post's eCommerce expertise and broader product suite.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B and B2C sales, account management or business development.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow a portfolio of small business customers through proactive account management and relationship building.
• Retain and expand existing revenue through contract renewals, pricing reviews, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities across your portfolio and inbound sales leads.
• Develop strategic account plans that maximise customer value, satisfaction, and long-term growth.
• Partner with internal specialists and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer outcomes.
• Leverage industry and eCommerce insights to help customers grow and optimise their businesses.
