The role leads budgets, reporting, compliance and risk, while guiding recruitment, workforce planning, staff development and performance management, and driving process improvements with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading finance, HR, administration, facilities and asset management.
• Ability to provide strategic business advice to school leadership.
• Experience managing budgets, reporting, compliance and risk.
• Proven track record in recruitment, workforce planning and staff development.
• Experience overseeing facilities, maintenance, assets and contractors.
