Crestmead State School is seeking a highly capable Business Manager to join our leadership team. This role leads operational excellence, oversees financial management, workforce processes, and compliance to support the school's vision and day-to-day functioning.

Reporting to the Principal, you will build partnerships with staff, families and the community, drive strategic planning, budgeting and reporting, and guide organisational change to sustain high standards of learning and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience leading school operations and business planning.
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to develop procedures and manage change.
