IPART in NSW seeks a Chief Executive Officer to lead an independent regulator delivering pricing, regulatory and advisory outcomes.

Reporting to the Chair and Tribunal, you will drive strategy, steer organisational performance, and build a culture of evidence-based decision making across government and communities.

You will shape IPART's future, lead a skilled team, and partner with government, industry and the public to secure trusted outcomes.

Competenze

• Significant senior leadership experience within a regulator, government agency or public institution.
• Strong understanding of economic regulation, public policy or related governance frameworks.
• Outstanding communication and influencing capability.
• Exceptional judgement, integrity and commitment to public value.

Mansioni

• Lead the delivery of IPART’s strategic directions, with accountability for its operations, functions and organisational performance.
• Provide strategic direction, intellectual leadership and specialist expertise within IPART, across government and in the wider community on pricing, policy, licensing and compliance matters.
• Oversee the provision of expert advice, research and support to the Tribunal.
