Job summary

Comcast Australia is seeking an experienced Account Manager (Publishers/Supply) to join the Australia & New Zealand team in Sydney. You will manage premium publisher partnerships, optimize relationships, and drive programmatic and IO-based deals with a data-driven approach.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in digital advertising, strong communication, and the ability to troubleshoot delivery issues while translating insights into growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital advertising or programmatic media.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted expert for premium publisher partners and escalate product or CS issues.
• Build and deepen relationships with key stakeholders and identify new contacts for growth.
• Design joint solutions using data-driven insights and execute account plans grounded in business/tech goals.
• Troubleshoot delivery and performance across programmatic and IO-based deals; optimize setup and pacing.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution and successful delivery of objectives.
