• Two to four years of consulting experience.
• Strong analytical capability.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative information to identify patterns and develop evidence-based insights.
• Deliver high-quality reports, presentations, business cases, evaluations, operating models and other client-ready materials.
• Support stakeholder interviews, workshops and consultation activities with government clients and project teams.
• Take responsibility for defined tasks and manage priorities, escalating risks early.
• Contribute ideas to proposals, research and knowledge development.
• Use data, technology and AI tools to improve quality and efficiency.
• Support Analysts and new team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.
