Izzat Consulting Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Delivery Lead to drive litigation and remediation projects, overseeing investigations, inspections and expert testimony from brief to close-out. The role involves ownership of timelines, budgets and client experience, with close collaboration to the Director and executive assistants.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or Law.
• Experience leading and developing a high performing team.
• Ability to manage a substantial portfolio of concurrent matters.
• Strong commercial capability with budgets, WIP and scope control.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to the team and act as the Director’s project delivery support.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of forensic, litigation and remedial matters.
• Drive timelines for inspections, findings, reviews and reports.
• Establish programmes and priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate engineers, drafters and internal resources according to urgency.
• Maintain document control across evidence, drawings and expert records.
• Serve as a key contact for solicitors, insurers and clients.
• Monitor hours, budgets and invoicing milestones to protect commercial outcomes.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and progress updates.
