Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of organisational strategy and strategic priorities.
• Provide authoritative strategic advice to the CEO, Deputy CEO, Board and executive leadership.
• Oversee governance, assurance, risk management and performance frameworks.
• Lead the delivery of key organisational projects, reforms and strategic initiatives.
• Support organisational improvement, workforce culture and change initiatives.
• Strengthen accountability, reporting and performance across the organisation.
• Represent VCAA and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
