Australian Catholic University (ACU) is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Delivery to lead the enterprise-wide implementation of the Education and Student Success Plan (ESSP) across Melbourne or North Sydney campuses with hybrid flexibility.

You will provide high-level strategic leadership to senior executives, domain leads and co-leads, translating ambition into integrated strategies, sustainable operating models and measurable outcomes aligned with Vision 2033 and ACU's Catholic mission.

Qualifications

• Lead enterprise-wide implementation of ACU's Education and Student Success Plan (ESSP).
• Provide high-level strategic leadership and expert advice to senior executives and ESSP domain leads.
• Drive delivery across six transformational domains to improve student experience.
• Lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives supporting ACU’s Vision 2033.
• Set delivery frameworks and governance for multi-stakeholder programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead the enterprise-wide implementation of ACU's Education and Student Success Plan (ESSP), providing high-level strategic leadership, expert advice and oversight to ensure ESSP priorities are translated into integrated strategies, sustainable operating models, and measurable organisational outcomes across the University.
• Drive complex, large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives that support ACU's Vision 2033 and advance the University's education, student success, and Catholic mission objectives.
• Work closely with senior executives, ESSP domain leads and co-leads, influencing direction, strengthening execution capability and addressing delivery risks to embed consistent approaches to planning, governance, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead complex strategic initiatives within the Professional Services Hub (PSH) Education and Catholic Mission Portfolios.
• Set delivery frameworks, coordinate multi-stakeholder implementation, resolve issues, and ensure outcomes are achieved where initiatives span multiple functional areas, involve significant change or require advanced design and delivery capability.
• Apply human-centred design, systems thinking and advanced program delivery expertise to shape how initiatives are designed and embedded in practice.
• Act as a steward of delivery discipline and strategic coherence to realise the intent of ACU's strategy consistently and sustainably.
