Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Program Support Specialist in Newcastle to help prioritise programs, develop frameworks and deliver strategic initiatives aligned with NSW Government objectives.

You will provide evidence-based analysis to inform leadership decisions across regional planning and integration priorities, and strengthen coordination, reporting and stakeholder engagement to ensure transparent community outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in program analysis, prioritization or planning, with strong research and data analysis capability.
• Collaborative and analytical professional, skilled at engaging stakeholders and translating insights into recommendations.
• Experience supporting programs and projects across multiple stakeholders to achieve organizational priorities and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support program prioritisation, framework development and strategic initiative delivery aligned with Transport for NSW objectives.
• Provide evidence-based analysis and recommendations to inform leadership decisions across complex regional planning and integration priorities.
• Strengthen program coordination, reporting and stakeholder engagement to support transparent and consistent community outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of business cases across a range of transport initiatives in line with NSW Government requirements.
