Job summary

JamesVale Recruitment Pty. is helping a leading tertiary packaging supplier in South Australia recruit a Production Scheduler.

You will enter production runs, schedule sales orders, organise time slots and estimate delivery dates, liaising with internal departments to meet quality standards and cost targets while supporting efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have prior Production Scheduler experience, strong organisational skills and a decisive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop production schedules detailing required tasks to meet completion end dates.
• Monitor project progress to ensure it follows the assigned schedule.
• Organise and maintain records including project schedules and purchase orders.
• Collect and assess data regarding production and team performance.
• Monitor production overheads and raw material costs.
• Prepare reports to improve overall production efficiency.
