Job summary

Chandlermacleod is seeking a Procurement Manager, Contracts to lead the end-to-end development, implementation and management of procurement and contracting activities that support community services and service delivery objectives.

You will provide expert advice, manage medium to high‑risk procurements, prepare tender documentation, negotiate terms and ensure compliance with government procurement policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in developing procurement strategies and managing contracts.
• Strong ability to prepare procurement plans, tender docs and evaluation reports.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills, across public and not-for-profit sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases, procurement plans and tender documentation.
• Manage procurement processes and evaluations for medium to high-risk procurements.
• Prepare evaluation reports, contract award documents and contract management plans.
