The successful candidate will provide expert procurement guidance to operational areas and ensure compliance with the State Procurement Act and Framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and contract management within a public health or government setting.
• Knowledge of State Procurement Act and State Procurement Framework.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Procurement and Contract unit’s physical, financial and human resources.
• Oversees tender processes and ensures procurement of goods and services aligns with requirements.
• Provides expert advisory and support to Operational Areas undertaking procurement/contract activities.
