Job summary

The Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions VIC – Melbourne VIC is seeking a Policy Manager to develop and oversee departmental policies and procedures. You will research, analyse and advise on policy changes, ensuring alignment with laws and regulations and effective communication of policies.

As part of the Professional Sport and Tourism Infrastructure Branch within the Sport and Experience Economy Group, you will work with senior leaders and external stakeholders to implement policy

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Ability to communicate complex policy concepts clearly.
• Experience advising senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to design and develop policy frameworks.
