Job summary

Davidson is seeking an experienced Network Design Engineer/Consultant to design secure, scalable network infrastructure for high-profile venues and events across Australia. You’ll translate complex requirements into practical designs and own work packages from concept through commissioning.

You’ll bring substantial design experience, certifications, and strong stakeholder communication to deliver resilient networks that meet performance and event-day readiness needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in network design/engineering or technology consulting.
• Experience designing LAN/WAN, data centres and converged services.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client workshops and design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop LAN/WAN/WLAN architectures across concept to detailed design.
• Prepare network designs, schematics, schedules and reports.
• Coordinate requirements with multiple disciplines and vendors.
• Review proposals and provide design clarifications during construction.
