AU01 Essity Australasia Pty Ltd – Springvale VIC is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager - Logistics (Australasia) to lead sourcing across road transport, warehousing, freight forwarding and international shipping services. You will build stakeholder relationships and drive strategic supplier partnerships across Australasia.

The role offers exposure to regional and global procurement teams, a focus on cost optimisation and continuous improvement, and a hybrid work arrangement based in Springvale

As the Strategic Sourcing Manager - Logistics (Australasia), you will lead sourcing strategies across key logistics categories including road transport, warehousing, freight forwarding and international shipping services.

You will play a key role in shaping sourcing strategies, supporting logistics network improvement initiatives and delivering value through strategic supplier partnerships across Australasia. You are a commercially minded procurement professional with a passion for stakeholder engagement, strategic sourcing and delivering meaningful business outcomes.

You bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in strategic sourcing, procurement or category management roles.
• A proven track record of delivering measurable savings, value creation, operational improvements or risk reduction initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence across multiple levels of an organization.
• Experience in leading supplier negotiations, tender processes and supplier relationship management programs.
• Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience operating successfully within a large or matrixed organisation.
• Strong project management and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Full and ongoing working rights as an Australian Citizen or permanent resident.

• Knowledge of international shipping, ocean freight and transportation markets.
