Job summary

CCEP Australia is seeking an experienced Head of Workplace Relations and Wellbeing to shape the organisation's people agenda. You will partner with senior leaders to navigate workforce challenges, manage industrial risk and drive a practical wellbeing and workplace relations program.

You will lead a specialist team across workplace relations, injury management and wellbeing, building capability and clear priorities to deliver strong outcomes for our people and business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior Workplace Relations or Employee Relations leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of Australian employment legislation, the Fair Work Act and IR frameworks.
• Experience leading complex industrial negotiations, dispute resolution and organisational change initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence executives and senior leaders on sensitive people matters.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing specialist teams; set direction and operating rhythm.
• Knowledge of wellbeing, mental health and workers' compensation practices.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations, Law or related discipline; postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Workplace Relations and Wellbeing strategy aligned with business priorities and employee experience.
• Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on complex employee and workplace relations matters.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of Workplace Relations and Wellbeing specialists; foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Lead enterprise bargaining and industrial relations, negotiating and engaging with unions and representatives.
• Oversee industrial risk management and business continuity planning during change.
• Drive wellbeing strategy and initiatives supporting physical, mental and emotional health.
• Lead national injury management and workers' compensation programs ensuring compliance.
• Partner with Legal, HSE and People & Culture to strengthen governance and psychosocial risk management.
