Job summary

NAB is seeking a senior leader to head Listed Equities and serve as Deputy CIO. You will work closely with our Private Wealth & JBWere teams, shaping investment strategy and driving enterprise-wide decisions.

You’ll lead a high‑impact team in a dynamic, client‑focused environment, delivering strategic insights and market leadership to advisers and clients. The role integrates research, portfolio management and technology adoption to transform how we serve our clients and improve investment

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in domestic and international equity markets.
• Proven success in leading investment research and strategy functions.
• Experience guiding transformation and technology adoption in finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the CIO Office's listed equities strategy and market positioning.
• Lead sector allocation, thematic investing and manager selection frameworks.
• Drive transformation from traditional stock research to strategy-led portfolio insights.
• Deliver market commentary and thought leadership to advisers and clients.
• Lead a team of investment professionals while influencing enterprise-wide investment decisions.
• Act as Deputy Chief Investment Officer.
